customer retention
I have been a customer for years. I have TV, internet, home phone, security and cell service through Comcast. It amazes me how hard you people make it for me to get in touch with someone to look at offers to renew my contract. Impossible to do over the phone as every option reroutes to the chat. Your chat AI is stone cold stupid. I get to transferred to a live agent...first time they take so long the chat times out. Second time they say no offers over chat only phone....then ends the chat before I can respond. I would do it myself but your website either won't load or won't give me options. Why would anyone want to be your customer when you constantly [Edited: "Language"] on them?
