Customer Retention

I have really tried my best to stay with Xfinity but i can no longer put my family through this. The cost of cable has skyrocketed and now to boot you guys aren’t honoring payment arrangements. I was going to ask for the streaming service but now I’m just leaving. This is the last straw. October 5, 2023, I chatted in to request a payment arrangement for October 19th and to explore a streaming option. I was told the arrangement was successfully set and after being on for an additional 30 minutes that i’d have to be transferred to another chat team for assistance with changing the package. Waited again to be told i’d have to call in for help. Today I wake up and discover my service has been disconnected/suspended 4 days earlier than the arrangement. I use my service to work from home. I’m a single parent and from time to time I require leniency. This is crazy and why many are switching to streaming platforms. It would be one thing i’d I wasn’t told the payment arrangement wasn’t accepted. But it was in October 5th at 4:55pm. Now it won’t even allow you to chat back in stating pay your bill to even get assistance from the team that approved the arrangement. You guys are losing a loyal customer. I’m over it!
