Customer Retention Department
I am a long time Comcast customer, and frankly, I am finding this to be one of the more difficult companies to deal with - second only to AT&T. My bill goes up constantly - with their "promotions" expiring all the time. And when I am finally able to reach someone, they are usually nonEnglish speakers who cannot understand me even though they constantly repeat everything I've said. After repeated calls, they will only decrease my bill to the point it was plus $5.00 - this is every 6 months. Now I cannot even get anyone on the phone. Chat takes hours and when I am promised a response by the next day, it doesn't happen. I am paying WAY TOO MUCH for lack of customer service!
