How do I contact someone with customer retention to discuss large increase in my monthly bill? I received an email last month saying my rate would not increase but just got the bill email and it has nearly doubled.

Are you on any promotions or deals?
As a friendly reminder on page three of your bill is where you wild see any promotions you're on along with dates and the discount amount. When a promotion expires the discount amount rolls off and the regular charges apply.
Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can dig deeper into your bill concerns. Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
