Customer owned router (COAM/EPON)

I have Xfinity 2 Gbps fiber service with a Nokia NKFN11AEL 10G-EPON ONT and an XER10 gateway. .

I'd like to switch to the eligible customer-owned router (COAM/EPON) configuration so I can connect my own router directly to the Nokia ONT.

Please escalate this request to the fiber provisioning team to verify eligibility, remove the XER10 gateway from the active configuration, and push the appropriate ONT configuration to enable a third-party router. 

How can we do this?
