Customer Loyalty???

I am a 38 year Diamond level customer.

i just returned from a visit to my local Xfinity store to return all rented equipment and cancel television service due to the high cost.

I am currently retaining Internet and mobile services.

I asked the customer service representative to provide me with the same pricing for 800Mb internet service as my friend and neighbor is paying.  I was told that I do not qualify for the discounted rates due the television service cancellation.

How can this be?  Thirty-eight years as a loyal Comcast/Xfinity customer and I “don’t qualify” for the same rate as my neighbor?  What does this say about Xfinity customer loyalty?  I am not asking for anything unreasonable, only equal to the same pricing as I know other customers are paying.

It may be time to cancel remaining services and move on….

Hello, user_6k3oru. Thank you for your choice of service providers over the years and for your feedback. Promotions are account-specific which is why a promotion your neighbor has may not be available to you, and vice versa. As a quick reminder, you can view the service and pricing available to you online via My Account. We do appreciate your choice in service providers over the years which is why we have our amazing Xfinity Rewards program. Xfinity Rewards is our way of saying thanks for being a customer. There's no cost to join, no points to track and you earn more the longer you're with us. - XfinityThomasA
