Customer experience is not your priority, its cost per call and cheap.

I ported a verizon number over, called 5 times and finally had it working, but no voicemail. Another four calls, no resolution, now a fifth call again. Call Centers are not equipped with noise cancellation tech and you can hear all the other agents and the noise is deafening. You spend more time selling the plans than keeping clients on the plans, which is exactly the opposite of your shareholders requirement of retaining clients. Streaming and other 3rd parties are going to eat your lunch with highly intelligent Ai Bots, virtual human interaction and immediate multi-channel responsiveness.

user_adepk8 I am truly sorry for the incredibly frustrating experience you've had trying to get your voicemail set up and for the poor call quality you encountered while trying to get help. That is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I understand why you are frustrated with the time and effort this has cost you. We are absolutely committed to providing excellent support, and your direct comments about noise and the focus of our calls are valuable and will be shared with the relevant teams. I also see your point about client retention—keeping you happy and ensuring your services work flawlessly is our top priority. Regarding your voicemail issue, it sounds like you still don't have a resolution. Do you still need assistance getting your voicemail correctly configured? If so, I would be happy to step in and try to resolve this for you right away.
