Custom service

I have been an active customer for over 3 years. I have recently been in a situation where I moved state and finances are a currently building back up. I was offered an installment plan to keep service through the app with payment of 50 to start. I paid the 50 just for days later service to be cut once more now I can't contact and live agent the phone line keeps hanging up on me.
