Current offers for new customers vs existing customers

I have requested Comcast/Xfinity to offer me, a 27 year loyal customer, the same TV & Internet price offered to a new customer. I keep getting promises of help and a solution to my satisfaction but then getting transferred around with no solution. Would someone at Xfinity please step up and honor the Sports & News, 50+ TV and the GIG internet bundle to me?
