Current employee, moving, need to transfer services but can't get anyone to respond

Hi!  I am a current employee and we just moved.  I was told to transfer my services through XPE ticketing system, which I did.  But it's been three days and I still haven't received a response on the ticket.  Is there anyone who might be able to tell me how to get a human representative help us with the situation?  I can't even create a ticket to ask a question.  Just a bummer of an experience.  Thank you!

Every time I've used the site to make changes to my services, the team was very responsive, so I'm sorry to hear this has not been your experience. Please use the online portal: xpe.comcast.com to check the status of your ticket. If additional information was needed, they may have tried to call you to complete the transfer. Do you have any missed calls from Xfinity?
