CTDI CMTX Connected

I just set up my new wifi and my app is telling me "5 devices are connected" they are all called CTDI CMTX. please fix this!!

Thanks for taking the time to reach out through our community forums, user_c64bjr! Sorry that you're seeing unfamiliar devices through the app. Based on what you're seeing listed, it sounds like your home is missing a PoE/MoCA filter. Did you install your modem yourself, or did a technician come out to connect your equipment?

user_c64bjr We would have to dispatch a technician in order to have the filter installed and may result in a $100.00 technician fee. If you have a Xfinity Gateway you can try disabling MoCA in Admin Tool.
