I have been with Xfinity for a year. At this time I am very frustrated with Xfinity. For the past two weeks I have been trying to purchase a new phone. I went to the store three times and each time I have been told I would have to pay the full price to get the phone due to them having my credit limit at zero. My credit is excellent and I have a credit score of 831. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get the issue resolved. Each time the agent puts in a ticket and minutes later the ticket is closed. It’s beyond frustrating. Apparently Xfinity does not appreciate their customers and wants customers to go elsewhere.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
