credit

We had a house fire and haven't used any data since January 19th 2025.

Can I receive a credit for not using the internet?

You should call and have your account vacationed until your house is repaired.

I can't get a human to answer. It's quite irritating.

user_9rsre5 Thanks for reaching out to us today on Forums for help with your account after a recent fire. I hope no one was hurt! I would be happy to help in any way I can.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
