Credit run without permission

I have had a serious of unaturally horrible experiences with Xfinity.  From being forced into calls that I have vehemently refused to unauthorized transactions.  To make this clearer at 0642 I received a account verification that I have never heard of.  Then I later checked the mail and I have a letter regarding my credit being run by Xfinity.  The kicker it was regarding a Mobile service that I refused over and over for hours.  I was looking for a more affordable plan and Suraj  kept pushing it.  Even down to sking about our phone models and saying they weren't compatible anyway because they aren't 5G.  Weird because they are and are less than a year old.  He sent me the new contract over and over which i did not sign because it was not what i wanted and he keep saying anything that i dont like can be changed later.  I still refused.  And in the end I reached out to Verizon to set up service.  I connected through chat to find out why this was done and was passed through 5 agents for well over an hour until i hit a supervisor Arup who added more fuel to this fire. I did a google search and I saw this same problem several times with different years,  They all dhave the same agents name!
