Credit from unused service
Spoke to Xfinity rep last month we finally got me locked into a 5-year price guarantee unfortunately it takes canceling service and resigning up to get locked into a 5-year promo was told I would get the credit back My bill for you service was only for 3 days then I was informed I would not receive a credit back this is incorrect who do I need to speak to about this to get this corrected back on my card thank you
