Credit for outages

I have had 6 outages between 5/23/26 and 6/7/26.  All six times, the cable magically comes back on and my service appointment is cancelled because the issues have been fixed (they were.) I requested credits for these outages but the online system said there were no outages at these times.  My cable was not available and I should be able to get credits. Please advise.

user_vbv8nh Welcome to our community forum! I use my Xfinity service every day and understand how important it is to have a reliable connection. I appreciate you requesting a credit online: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/credit-xfinity-assistant before reaching out. How long did the service interruptions last?

I had another outage yesterday with exactly the same pattern. I set up a service appointment and magically before the appointment I get a text that Xfinity has resolved the issue.  Note, this is cable only, not internet.

I was not checking hourly whether service was back up but I would estimate that each of the 7 outages was 8-12 hours each.
