credit for outage

  • Hello,   i saw on twitter that there is a credit for not having service.  We were out for 3 days.

I'm sorry to see that you experienced an interruption to your services due to the recent winter storm in your area. Living in the Pacific Northwest, I've been lucky so far this year to not lose power or services due to the winter weather we've had. We still have about a month to go, so fingers crossed! 


At this time, we are not providing credit for service interruptions due to loss of power from the winter storm.
