credit for outage
On December 24th around 11pm we lost tv, internet and phone.....I did all the usual, unplug, wait, plug it back in. I called comcast and it had automated message saying to unplug and plug it back in....i did that MULTIPLE times. I finally got an actual person on the phone on the 25th who gave me an appointment for TODAY....MONDAY the 28th for a Tech to come out. He came out and fixed it so it is working now. He said the problem was the wire outside. How do i get credit for the almost 5 days of NO service of any kind????
