Credit for 2 days with no service last week

We did not have internet or tv for 2 days last week due to storm. Can we get credit for those days?

For credits, you can visit this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage and scroll down to credits, where it will guide you on the steps of requesting an adjustment for a recent interruption.

I don’t know how to do that. Please just issue the credit for 6/17/26 to 6/19/26. Storm knocked out internet and tv for 2 days. We could not run our business! Thank you.
