Credit for 2 days with no service last week

We did not have internet or tv for 2 days last week due to storm. Can we get credit for those days?

user_ix1d6b,

Thank you for creating a new post. I appreciate your patience as we worked to get service back up in your area. I'm sure being offline for 2 days wasn't ideal. For credits, you can visit this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage and scroll down to credits, where it will guide you on the steps of requesting an adjustment for a recent interruption.

I don’t know how to do that. Please just issue the credit for 6/17/26 to 6/19/26. Storm knocked out internet and tv for 2 days. We could not run our business! Thank you.

user_ix1d6b It's really simple to see if you are eligible for a credit from a recent service interruption.

Navigate to the Xfinity Support page
Scroll down to Outage map and credit.
Click Check credit eligibility.
Enter details about your outage.

Review your answers before submitting them.

If eligible, a credit is automatically added to your account.

If that doesn't work for you, please send us a direct message so we can gather your account information, and open an investigation for your request.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the ""Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
