Credit Card Information Shared

Has anyone else ever been in the chat help and been given someone else's credit card information? I was not getting the help I needed, so I was asking to be transferred to a different department and the agent came back with.... "since you are currently enrolled in autopay via Visa ending in ****, you are receiving a $2 monthly discount"... I freaked out saying that is not my information and the agent said it was a typo and asked me to ignore it. I don't even use a Visa on my account and she wanted to totally blow it off.

I called customer service since they clearly have a problem with their chat agents. The woman on call said that while my account was secure, there was nothing that could have stopped what happened since it was human error. When I asked her how my account was secure when this kind of human error was going on, she had no answer. She also informed me that the manger in her department was refusing to speak with me because they had no better answer for me. When I finally asked if she even wanted the agents name who had given me the wrong person's credit card information, she informed me it was of no use since they are all fake names. 

Has any of this happened to anyone else?
