Credit $150

I return my equipment from my old address. A few hours later I check my email and it said that I would receive a $150 credit to my xfinity account. That was a month ago . I varnished on there chat 4x. Now they tell.me I dont have it coming. Now im behind $122 thinking the $150 credit that was told me via email was coming now its not
