Create support ticket

Xfinity assistant will not connect me to an agent, and my issue does not fit one of the only three options for "support ticket" available.

I understand your frustration with the Xfinity Assistant, and I'm truly sorry you're having trouble connecting with an agent and that your issue doesn't fit the available support ticket options. That can be really difficult when you need help. I'm here to assist you directly. Could you please tell me a bit more about the issue you're experiencing? user_p7suhv I understand how frustrating it can be when your emails aren't sending. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue with your Xfinity email:
  1. Check SMTP Settings: Ensure your outgoing mail server settings are correct. For Xfinity, the SMTP server should be smtp.comcast.net with port 465 and SSL enabled.
  2. Verify Username and Password: Double-check that your username and password are correct. Sometimes, incorrect credentials can prevent emails from being sent.
  3. Firewall and Security Software: Check if your firewall or security software is blocking the outgoing mail server. Temporarily disable them to see if that resolves the issue.
  4. Try Different Devices: If possible, try sending emails from a different device or directly through the Xfinity website to see if the issue persists.

Hopefully, one of these steps will help get your emails sending again! If you need more detailed guidance on any of these steps, feel free to ask.
