cracked driveway new service

on November 7th, 2025, between 2 pm to 3 pm the comcast contractors performed the Wi-Fi cable installation, and drilling the hole under the driveway to cross the cable, the asphalt cracked all the way from left to right, I reported with the salesperson, he reported to the supervisor and Xfinity scheduled an inspection next day. However, no one showed up or contacted me. please see attached video for your reference
