Cracked concrete cable box lid in sidewalk – safety hazard

There's a concrete cable TV utility box in the public sidewalk in front of my house. The lid is cracked and starting to sink into the box. I'm concerned someone could step on it and fall through.

I reported it to the city, but they closed the request without addressing the problem.

Can Xfinity confirm whether this is their box and arrange to have someone inspect and replace the lid? I can provide photos and the location privately.

Thanks.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention @user_7quwl5! A cracked concrete lid that is beginning to sink into the box would definitely be concerning, especially when it’s located on the sidewalk.
