Hi I’m an employee who is out on leave due to an injury and I moved from my old location I am trying to make changes but because I’m out on leave I cannot access the service portal anymore So I’m being billed for services I cannot use or move I have tried to contact Lisa who was the person over CS in Florida but she hasn’t responded to my emails and stores can’t stop or change the acct please help…

@XfinityAmira​ Delivery 1 877-909-4748 but the phone number goes into a loop that never actually gets me anywhere. No one answers. I called my supervisor he doesn’t have an answer and my manager does not know either. I have two more months of leave and do have horrible service with my customer own modem. I would like to upgrade to a rental…
