Courtesy Adjustment letter

I received a letter that I was eligible for an automatic courtesy adjustment. I've checked my statements for past 6 months and there is nothing there. Please help!

What does the letter say exactly?  There was a courtesy adjustment available for customers in locations/regions where suppliers provided rebates/credits to Comcast/Xfinity which were passed on to customers.  Maybe in your area there were no rebates provided to be passed on to you.

It states you are eligible for a courtesy adjustment and to complete the form but since I am a subscriber now it says on the account "great! your adjusment will automatically be applied"
