Courtesy Adjustment for Broadcast Fees
I received Xfinity letter regarding the above. Letter stated that I no longer receive Xfinity services which is incorrect!!!! January through April, we had Xfinity at (Edited) and April 28, 2020 we started Xfinity at (Edited). I am using Xfinity now and I have certainly received your billing which we have paid.
I have attempted to complete an adjustment form many times and I have been unable to complete the form because the system says I do not exist. WHAT NEXT????
