What happened to Court TV ? this could be the straw that broke the camels back. I have "put up" with your expensive service for over thirty years. I have suffered outages for cable and internet and never been able to receive a credit for the days I had no service. If you were in the food business you would be out of business in hours. You have no access for customers to get help, your system sucks. I will be down to the Comcast hut this week to modify my service. In Indianapolis we have many choices for both cable and internet as you probably know already by the drop in customers.

@brianroyhurley Thanks for taking a moment to create a post on our Community Forums. I'm still researching on my end for documentation for the Court TV channel, but am only currently seeing that in the last month, it was removed by the broadcast network in some areas and replaced with another of their subnetwork channels. I know you've mentioned that you'll be going to the store this week, but our team is also here to help wherever we can.
