Couldn't Schedule a callback

Hi, I am just about to be paid for a new month, yet I will not be using the service any more since I'm moving out of states. When I try to cancel the internet service, it kept mentioning errors during scheduling a callback. Is there anyway I can fix that?

mcxiaogu we can help! In this situation you can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
