Costumer Service

I have never used such a frustrating service. They make it impossible to speak to a person and while calling the costumer service line they keep asking if I’m over 50 and asking questions about selling medical coverage. This is an internet service. Amazing prices, but the most terrable customer service I have ever encountered.

Comcast doesn't have any connection with medical coverage, so that is really odd you would be asked those types of questions. We would be more than happy to help get you pointed in the right direction with any Comcast concern you have. Please provide a summary of your issue, so the Community can have an understanding of your concerns.
