Costumer service help
I need assistance from Xfinity customer service regarding an issue with my bill. I have reached out multiple times through your online platforms, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a resolution, as all responses have been automated. I even visited a physical Xfinity store, but the staff there informed me they could not help since they only handle sales. At this point, I urgently need a direct email address or a reliable way to contact someone in the billing or customer service department who can personally assist me with this matter.
