Costs becoming too high to afford your services

My wife and I have been customers since you first set up here in Duryea, Pa. decades ago.  We are now seniors on limited income.  I have tried to discuss reduced costs before, but no solutions are forthcoming.  All we have been offered are reduced internet speeds.  I am interested in my services as they are with some price reductions.  We are billed monthly for Equipment and Services which we have paid for HUNDREDS of times over.  We both know that.  Also there are taxes fees and other charges, some of which MUST pertain to what you call an equipment rental.  These restrictive BUNDLE packs that are your policy,  prevent a subscriber from selecting WANTS AND NEEDS, which is the heart of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.  So let's cut to the chase.  Effective January 1, we will be persuing OTHER TV SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES.  I am satisfied with your Internet service.  YOUR risk is losing over $1800 per year and my willingness to alert others to my changes TO SAVE MONEY.  Please forward this to the proper departments and the officials that care and can make a difference.  If a long-time customer is wlling to leave, who's next?  Thanks for listening.
