Correct Reward Program Level

I have been with Comcast/Xfinity for almost 30 years.  2 years ago I moved from Colorado to Florida and I was told by Xfinity I needed to have a new account number due to some accounting issue within Xfinity.  Because of my transfer to a different state, I'm only now recognized as a Silver member vice a Diamond.  I do have my old account number from approximately 1993 to 2021.  Can someone from Xfinity Rewards help?  Tks,  MIKE

It can be a little tricky when you move from one division to another, but this is something we can fix. Please send us a DM with your name and full address, so that we can get this taken care of for you. • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
