Correct a service error in a recent change to my TV channel coverage.

Hello,

During a recent TV package change, I explicitly requested that Turner Classic Movies (TCM) remain on my account.

TCM was removed in error. I am not requesting a new channel or add-on — this is a correction of a service mistake.

Please restore TCM to my lineup under the same terms as before, or escalate this to a supervisor who can correct the error.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
