Corporate phone numbers

I need a corporate number, been struck on the phone every day since November 26 and I still have no services. They call me a loyal customer every time because I been with them so long, but I can’t get any help. I have no services and I work from home and my daughter does virtually learning and nobody cares.

Your customer support was unable to help. The virtual helpline is a joke. When I called the helpline, the system asks me to reset my router. I did not ask to reset it and he starts re-boot the router just wasting time. I was staying online to get live agent help but I did not find it. Then I decided to email you I was looking all over the website I did not find to contact Xfinity. Its social media is not a help side. Why you did not provide the option to contact us because your faulty internet has lots of complaints and you don’t want to hear the plenty of customers to lose your account. My internet is not able to connect with my TV because it has weak signals. The internet is faulty. I paid $40 when I started, then without my concern infinity raised it to $66. The same internet no upgrades. Why I am paying extra because infinity wants more revenue in his pocket.

I don’t need and I am trying to disconnect it. I will look for another internet provider in my area. You will disconnect after two weeks from this date. Your customer help phone line [Edited: "Language"], the website has no contact option to contact customer service. To stay on phone for 30-45 minutes is not worth it. I am sorry It needs to disconnect.

The best phone number to contact us would be 1-800-Xfinity (1-800-934-6489). But I can also take a look into the account and check what is going on. Is this related to a billing concern? Or is it a connection issue?
