I have been calling since December 7, 2024 have been given the run arounds. Today alone I called in already 3 times as the first 2 calls left me on hold and hung up on me. If I dont get a return call I will file a complaint with BBB. Its been a nightmare trying to get anyone to help and all xfinity does is take money out of my account vs properly refunding me what is owed to me.
