All of our calls are routed through our customer contact center, which can be reached by dialing 1-800-266-2278 (800-COMCAST) or 1-800-934-6489 (800-XFINITY). To reach someone at our corporate headquarters, just ask for that person by name, or ask for the department they work in, and you should be transferred accordingly.
