Corporate Escalations Department

I want to speak to Corporate Escalations Department employee whose make is Travis. He is familiar with what I have been dealing with out of Xfinity and he knows that Xfinity has been [Edited: "Profanity"] since November. Since this nonsense has persisted, after we thought to have found a resolution, I refuse to speak to another customer service rep. They are extremely rude, robotic with their suggestions and comments, and some of them get defensive as if I'm somehow insulting them personally my being unhappy with [Edited: "Profanity"] service. When they should be working to find a solution, they want to tell me that what I am saying is not accurate.. basically saying that I am lying or I'm stupid. I even had one rep who told me that if I would be quiet, stop talking, them maybe I would hear her.. ummm no.. I couldn't hear her bc it sounded like she was in a machine shop at prime time.. and there was a rooster crowing in the background.. [Edited: "Profanity"]? This is out of control!!!

The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
