Contrast reps and corporate are incompetent

We have called 10 times to have this green tower removed from our fenced property. For 22 years we have been dealing with techs jumping our fence, breaking our fence, running neighbors wires through our fence, leaving the box open with wires hanging ot of it,  coming in unannounced, and we have had enough. We make an appointment and they repeatedly cancel it. No one at Comcast is competent to make the appointment? Sad

vincent vincent vincent -

went to the orland Park xfinity store because i was having issues with my service wanted to schedule an appointment for a service call as i have done in the past, if you call custmer service you have to go thru all the AI baloney  after explaining to vincent the store rep who by the way was very unprofessional he said i would have to call customer service for a service call for outside he could only do inside and they would charge me $100.00 there is no way vincent likes his job the only thing he was interested in was getting me out oft he store so if you go to the orland park store stay clear of vincent he will only waste your time so sad comcast / xfinity company has go down hill, if i get a reply back from this post i will be very surprised

soooo i,am another comcast custmer who comcast does not care about :(

I do understand where you are coming from. Whenever interacting with support, you want to feel valued and cared for. That is what our team over is all about. We want customer service to always be our best 'product' and want you to always have an exceptional experience when you need to reach out. I'm sorry this was not the case.

Charges may apply for service visits when Comcast-owned facilities or equipment rented to you by Comcast are not the source of the problem with your service. For instance, you may incur a charge for a service visit by a technician to your home in order to diagnose and repair problems with the In-Home Wiring used with your Xfinity services, or for the diagnosis of issues relating to the connection between Customer Equipment and your Xfinity services.
