Contract/promos expired - how to reach a representative to discuss retention offers for existing customer?
Our bill just jumped because we reached the end of the contract period and various promotions ended. When this has happened before, customer service reps have always been able to help us renew and get some good deals in place. This time around I can't seem to reach a human being to tackle that and the automated assistant thing has been remarkably unhelpful LOL. Anybody around who can help a guy out? Thanks!
