Contractors digging up my yard

Recently, someone came out and spray lines and put flags to dig up and replace a Comcast cable. A week later, a crew came and started digging and finished halfway. They haven’t been back since. What they left was a mess. The cable is exposed in multiple places and cinderblocks that were buried underground from the previous house owner are now scattered about in the yard. Unfortunately, the job is not going to get finished until my yard is put back the way it was before you showed up
