Contractors digging in my yard

Hello I had contractors digging in my front yard. They said they were replacing the cable line and now My Internet has been down since Friday and no appointments until Thursday. They could not fix the issue remotely! I even bought a new modem but no fix. I think they messed up the line…

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign in" if necessary

-Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)

-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

-Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears, and the "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line

-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

-Press Enter to send it
