Contractors cut my cable

I've been without TV for 2 days now thanks to some concrete workers across the street that cut my cable AGAIN. Can't get a hold of anybody thru Comcast except an Indian lady I couldn't understand. I'm getting close o dropping cable just for that reason. You CAN'T get things fixed when you need to.

I tried but when I click on the icon it just goes to a blank chat page, your name isn't listed

My name is not listed, @FredN2. The message needs to be sent to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message you may need to:

Click "Sign In"
Click the "direct message" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
