Contractor Truck Buried in my front yard and now tearing everything up!

Your Xfinity contractor (TAK Communications) buried their truck in my yard [Edited: "Personal Information"] They proceeded to try and pull the truck out and drive through my yard without permission. This created ruts all over and several large craters where the dirt has been pulled up by the other truck [Edited: "Personal Information"] Not to mention the trash in my yard in addition to the tracks. None of the crew speaks English and there is no supervisor. Your truck is still in my yard till they can get a wrecker out here I guess and your crew has left for the night. Please have someone contact me so we can discuss how you are going to make this right. My address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

I have no idea how to reach you. Can you just look up my account and call me. Typed your XfinityKei into the DM portal and you do not come up.
