Contractor opened Comcast box and left it hanging open.
We have had contractors in our neighborhood locating utilities for a replacement phone line they are putting in. In the process, for some unknown reason, they opened up the Comcast box and left it hanging wide open. They also disconnected a ground wire that went to an outside faucet. I closed up the box and fastened it with a zip tie. I also reattached the ground wire. During all this we never lost signal so I'm not sure if it needs to be looked at by Comcast or not. At sometime the security bolt was removed and never replaced.

@BeeDee Our team can put in a request to have someone from your local area check on the cover and make any necessary repairs/replacements. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started on that request.
