Contractor cut underground cable-No Internet
Tree service was stump grinding and cut the cable line. He said it was shallow. We now don’t have internet. Everything we do, including work from home, requires internet. How do I schedule service to have it repaired? Can’t find a phone number anywhere.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to actual Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Please note that if you ever need any ground work done you should have all underground lines marked beforehand. 😉
