Contract

I'm so unhappy with Xfinity dropping ABC and not telling us in Knoxville TN. After 30 years, time to shop another provider.

Hello @user_607i2i! Thanks for reaching out about the loss of channels owned by E. W. Scripps. This programming is currently unavailable as Comcast’s agreement with the network has expired. Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and a number of reasonable offers have been made that they haven’t accepted. Comcast is working toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers. I know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and I apologize for any inconvenience. For more information, visit https://www.xfinity.com/programmingchanges.

@XfinityQuemekia so will our service be discounted since we just renegotiated with these channels in the lineup?

Great question @user_607i2i! If you pay an itemized BTV Fee, you're eligible for a credit. Look for that adjustment to appear on your account starting May 1st or on your next billing cycle.

Important update on your channel lineup
