Contract Renewed WITHOUT My Permission - HELP!
My contract was renewed on May 21, 2024, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I no longer need the TV service and haven't been using it for months while waiting for the current contract to end. I just logged into my account to cancel, and it says the contract was renewed. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS! Despite auto-renew now being ILLEGAL, I see many other instances of it happening to other customers. XFinity, please fix it!

Sorry, if you don't CALL COMCAST TO CANCEL, all contracts will revert to normal pricing, or otherwise renew automatically. There is no such thing as auto-cancel.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
