Contract Renewal

Good morning,

My current contract will be expiring soon. I would like to renew with the exact same products and services I currently have. I will be willing to sign a contract if that would provide me with the lowest possible cost. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

@BrotherHawk Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! I can definitely understand wanting to keep you bill down and I would be happy to help you review the account for new promotions. To get started please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I'd like to do the same, so I just replied to last year's DM & got replied after a while w/ a note about violating forum T&C by initiating DM w/ Xfinity employees?!  Bad customer service, but unfortunately used to that!  Could I have an Xfinity employee do so for me, too?

Could you please post if you indeed get a promotion for signing a new contract?  I have read and been told personally that for me

and most existing customers they are no longer offering discounts for keeping the same packages.
